Brilliant performance by Mandy and staff in extraordinary difficult conditions, with 50mm of rain during the day! Cooked in one shed and served 80 to sit down dinner in another shed, 30 meters away! Rained heavily most of this time. Guests reported that the food was the best ever enjoyed at a catered function like ours. Delicious sliced fillet steak and chicken choices, together with shredded green beans and grain salads. Deserts were top too. Likewise with the pre lunch cocktail hour canapes.
