Took my 5 yr old daughter here & she had the worst experience! I always do my daughters hair at home perfectly fine, she has no meltdowns at all with me because I know not to be rough with her. I recently had a few major surgeries and was unable to do her hair on my own which is the only reason I took her here. They call themselves Kids hair specialists but they dont let parents stay with the kids unless you pay an extra fee, even if its their 1st time there, they also charge a “she’s not ready” fee if the child is crying o... read more
