I have been going to this salon for years and I went in today to get my nails done and it was so busy and I could tell they were trying to get people in and out. I got acrylic with nail polish over and it’s done horribly. My nails are also really crooked. It’s not even all the way to my cuticles. This was my only bad expierience but I’m upset tha they rushed me so fast today that they made my nails look sloppy. �

I had my nails done on Friday for the first time ever by Jimmy, a male. He was rude, pushy, physically aggressive by impatiently pushing my hands around, very much in a hurry, continuously spoke Vietnamese to his coworkers, refused to put two colors of polish on my nails, intimidating, and then demanded a tip. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SHOP AGAIN!!
The nail technician was crying the whole time she was doing my nails. I understand everyone has a bad day and I felt sorry for her but if you can’t do your job go take a break... Especially if you have customers coming in to spend their hard earned money to treat themselves. She rushed through doing just gel polish and forgot to put a second coat on my right hand so I had to come back to get them fixed.
