They need to put a sign that says no blacks allowed. I'm black and I went there and one girl who didn't have a name tag refused to serve me because I am black (she said it). Racist as hell... Will NEVER go back there.

I could tell that the lady doing my pedicure wasn't happy I arrived 1hr before closing. She refused to do my nails and had an unhappy face the entire time she did my pedicure.

Horrible service, nails were uneven and bumpy on some areas and super thick … my skin was attached to the nail and it hurt to remove the excess of acrylic, I was so embarrassed to show my hands. I tied to fix them but they had no fix. I do not recommend this place.

All Linda cares about is taking as many clients in, even if it means leaving customers in cold water. She started my service and 10 minutes later she took another client in leaving me there hanging. I will be taking my money to Zara nail lounge

Horrible experience I worked really hard to relax and get my toes done, but Linda decided to take on 3 extra clients leaving me and my mom for so long my water got cold and I had to do my pedi again, and she still charged me, very rude very unprofessional I see why everyone goes across to Zara nail lounge no waiting line and prioritize customer experience, will not be coming back and will be telling all my recommend friends and family about this experience.
