Noel is a true artist and a gentleman. He did an amazing job for me.
Ive gone to Nole from Lady Luck for 3 out of 4 of my tattoos (the most recent being yesterday) and I've been nothing but happy with the work. He also tattooed my sister yesterday for her first tattoo and she said it was a great first tattoo experience. Also proces are very fair and the environment it nice and clean. I highly recommend Nole and this tattoo shop to anyone I talk to.
I’ve had two tattoos done at Lady Luck. And I HIGHLY recommend them. In love with both pieces, Chris and Noel are some of the best artists and I would highly recommend both! Will be going back again. 😊
I've been hammered buy Noel ! In NZ he's known as the wizard of Oz ( Australia) orsome guy good friend and the art master all tribel are one off no two the same even if you pick from the catalog he will put his twist on it cool guy cooler ink go the wizzzzzzz
