this is the second "special" tattoo I've had here. This one was a last minute to commemorate my father's death. Noel was very accommodating with my schedule and request. He even asked for less than the original quote, and it was more than I could ask for. I HIGHLY recommend this place when it comes to symbolism. They seem to know more about what you want/need than you do.
