Walk in wait 2 hr
Went in to get a hair trim, asked to keep the top long and just trim up the sides. I now know where Kim Jong Un gets his haircut. Never again
I walked in and before I could even sign in. I was told they have appointments till noon. Which is close to 2 hours wait. Nobody was in the lobby waiting so personally I don't get why you would turn away somebody. I have never had this experience even if there was appointments to be turned away.
I went there two weeks ago and they did my hair perm and it looks so bad right now I called him to tell them about and she keeps saying, let me figure out what I’m going to do not doing nothing about bad service and I called them and I told them I want to schedule appointment. She told me today you can come at 1 o’clock and when I told her about the story she said she cannot do it today.
