Why the distance... *Fully equipped to reach your goals & sauna for recovery o relaxing *From 5am-6:30pm bootcamp class to zumba classes all available *&mostly not only is it owned by 2 amazing woman but these 2 baddies are your trainers, motivators & go get it (sees you w/a small weight & gives you side eye to go heavier)
I love it here! Everyone super nice, especially coaches! The only thing I can say is that sometimes some girls are busy talking during class, that they take up a station. It is also very uncomfortable when girls go live on their phones and are live the whole class especially from down low. It is NOT the same as the instructor live streaming class for promo or etc.
Found my new gym. Super spacious and affordable and even better that it’s exclusive for women so more comfort while I get back to my fitness journey. The owners were super nice and helpful when looking for beginner workouts . Highly recommend!

THE BEST GYM YOU’LL EVER DECIDE TO GO TO! The coaches and women make the environment much more comfortable & fun. You get your workout in while enjoying your time away from all the stress. Not only do they provide bootcamp classes, they also have Zumba and a sauna if you need some quiet time. I have been going to this gym for years and it’s just keeps on improving and getting bigger . Much love to all the lady and glow woman who decide to join this awesome gym! 🩷
