Zumba and more – Zumba makes it fun to exercise. I live theunlimited classes. I sometimes do 2 classes a day. Staff is also very helpful.
Unlimited Classes – The different variety of classes has helped me to shake up my system. I have lost 14 pounds so far this month. I go to classes and workout 4 days a week
Love the classes – I love all the group classes. Zumba is my favorite.I love the new website for the current information
Personal Training – The personal training is intense and I truly enjoyed working with my trainer! She pushed me to work harder than I ever have... It hurts soooo good!
personal trainer made the difference – I work south and live north...so I can use either location. This and my personal trainer have help me suceed.
Lady Fitness - Aurora Location – Happy member of 9 years. Love that it's only women. I'm very comfortable here and the other members and all staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Personal training and lots of classes are offered. Facility is neat and clean. Daycare is great. All different ages of the members. This gym is great for the price.
BEST womans only gym!!!!! – Very friendly staff! They are always willing to help you! Very clean gym, Im always seeing the staff wiping the equiptment! Very affordable pricing! I love all the classes they offer it makes me never get board with my workout! I recommend this gym to everyone I love going everyday!
I love this club i've been a member for 7 years it has been an amaizing journey,I recommend any lady that wants to get fit and feel greater than ever to go to Lady Fitness! their employees are very helpful and friendly!
FitRN4Life – Very clean all womens facility with a variety of fitness class's - so many to choose from. Friendly staff willing to help. You do not have to pay anyone to show you the equipment/machines. Membership comes with training - very nice! Fantastic daycare, they offer personal certified training, and there is a lot of cardio equipment - no waiting! Oh, the ZUMBA classes are awsome and so fun! Love it!
