STOP! do not sign up with this center. I was told that if for some medical reason I was unable to continue that they would let me out of the contract. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! I am unable to continue because of a physical condition, my Dr wrote an excuse and they would let me out if I bought out my contract way more then if I would just continue to pay. Also I got an email begging me to write a positive review. Really, their trainers new less then me and most could not speak English. I hope everyone will let this center die........ read more

Most of the reviews below are fake, written by the employees. "Personal training was so intense!" BS. I was given four personal training sessions when I signed up, I didn't use the third or fourth because I felt like my time was being wasted, better off training myself. This place is pretty gross, the owners are rude, and the equipment is older than I am.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Do not sign up if you know what is good for you! This gym is awful the main staff have NO clue what they are doing and when you try to bring up a small complaint or something the managers are horrible they treat you with no disrespect I have a small child and I brought up an issue I did not like with one of the managers. Waste of time – It was ok UNTIL... move away where there isn't a Lady Fitness and see how cooperative they are. Per their contract if you move over 50 miles and there isn't a center near you, you can cancel. What they don't outline is the owner makes the rules. My rent bill wasn't satisfactory even though it has my name and address on it. You have to jump through hoops to prove you moved. Happy Girl – I just joined Lady Fitness and now I never have to wait for Cardio equipment. I learned the benefits of weight baring exercise and how to do it from the staff. This is the best decision I?ve made concerning my health and I can take the kids.

10 years younger – The reason why I started my program with Lady Fitness: first, I liked the location, and second, exercising at home wasn't working. I had a hard time motivating and challenging myself. It was easy to make up excuses not to work out. Comfortable – Being completely out of shape, I was quite nervous about joining any sort of fitness center. I looked at gyms and was scared away with the coed in-shape and dress for the part gyms. Finally, a friend talked me into going to Lady Fitness in aurora. I felt welcome, comfortable, and not looked down upon. It is rough at first, but the staff was friendly and the group classes are not intimidating as you can go at your own pace until you catch on. More energy – My doctor suggested I move more due to some medical conditions. I thought I don’t even want to get out of the house. I started At Lady Fitness last summer and I now have more energy. It has alleviated my depression. It has improved my quality of life. The staff is awesome.
