The staff on the phone was friendly and helpful, giving me tips on what else I needed to do after having my yard sprayed. I felt like I knew what to expect even before they came out to my house. Then the tech that came out was very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I felt went above and beyond what I expected.
