Reasonable cost. Concern for type of chemicals used with a person in household with a compromised respiratory system. Treatment completed in 2017. We paid the yearly renewal guarantee and needed to use it- Oct., 2019. Brandon was an outstanding representative of Ladybug company! He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgable. I have great confidence in his work! Also, easy to schedule.
On May 8, 2019 a employee by the name of Nick came to my home for service. He was rude. He "treated" only 1 room of my home(laundry room). I asked him to spray behind my refrig. I offered to move the refrig even though I am a disabled senior. He refused. He went on to tell me "he was a professional" and that wan't necessary. and told me silverfish lived in carpeting. I will never use this company again. Their products do not work to prevent pests such as scorpions from getting inside. Additionally, they are not willing to accommodate a retreatment as part of their 30-Day Guarantee in a way that is flexible to people with busy work schedules, pets, children, etc. Requiring access inside my home while I am away at work is absolutely ridiculous. This company is a joke with terrible products and terrible customer service. Do not waste your money.
I have been using Lady Bug for 2 years now. The service technicians are professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them 5 out of 5 stars!
