We came on a random Wednesday morning. Service was quick and simple. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman who helped us was very nice. He helped us get our equipment to and from the dock. He showed us how to paddle and also gave tips on where to go to see great views of the city and wildlife. They are a small family-owned business behind the Holiday Inn and it was very convenient to park, access, and find restrooms. Prices were fair. Overall, great experience and no complaints.
Short sweet and simple. Easy access in and out.

We did a 2 hour kayak rental and we had the best time! The staff was amazing and really friendly and helpful! Would definitely rent again
