I hate giving bad reviews. To tell the truth I cannot believe this happened. I Called to let Ladson know that someone stole our garbage can. He tells me that they took it because it was not being used. Mind you it is being used just not as often because it is a company condo. There is not always someone there. It does not even matter if we use it 5 times a year. The fact is we have our bill on Auto pay. So they took our can and is continuing to take our money. Never called and said anything. Honestly, they truly are the best waste management company I’ve ever had.
We have used Ladson for years and have been very pleased.
Very reliable and 1 time we forgot to take our can down and they actually came up the driveway and got it. The workers are very nice and the owner is accommodating. I can't believe there are any negative reviews because we've had several companies in the past and this one is by far the best. They've helped us with large items also. Highly recommend Ladson!
