Extremely nice staff. Caring, understanding, professional, and great at what they do.
No problems very professional and friendly. Love Dr. and staff. Appreciate all the help with insurance which can be a problem. I've had several surgeries and all have gone well.
I am a former patient of dr ladner. I unfortunately had to request to reschedule/ cancel my appointment twice due to unforeseen life circumstances, and I’m now no longer allowed to come here. When I called to schedule, Dianna spoke with an air of contempt for me as she told me exactly how much of an inconvenience I was to their office, then proceeded to hang up on me as I tried to collect my thoughts and process this.
