Very rude staff. They are the same all thru the year. They DO NOT care abt customers at all.
Hate their no stroller policy. Saw couple of dresses from outside, I liked it, I would have purchased it, but saw no stroller sign outside, so didn’t entered the store. As I was alone for shopping with two kids( one is newborn), I cant keep the babies outside.

I had to purchase several outfits for an upcoming family wedding, and both Chandni and Pinky were SO helpful! They both are the sweetest, and really help you pick out the best outfits. Everyone is really kind and genuinely want you to have a great experience. Thank you for everything!!
My fiancé and I came to this store to find an outfit for our wedding and were blown away by the hospitality and kindness of the staff. We were approached immediately and walked away with the perfect outfit. A young woman by the name of Avi made sure we didn't walk away unless we were 100% satisfied. She was extremely attentive to our style and what we envisioned for our special day. She made a daunting process enjoyable and Ladlee is lucky to have her!
It was great experience to shop in Ladlee, eventhough some stuff are not friendly but owner and his son was very passionate to take care me. I will give at 10/10 Thanks again
