I enjoy shopping at Ladlee b/c Hayal is not your typical uncle/auntie all-day bargaining kinda salesperson. He's efficient, blunt, honest, and fair in price. The staff is helpful and willing to put up with customers' numerous requests. The selection is great - I live in Chicago and Sahil et al, have nothing on Ladlee :-)!
My fiance and I live in Chicago and couldn't find anything for our wedding. We heard about Ladlee from a friend. We found my bridal outfit, grooms outfit, bridal party and our entire family's clothing there. The staff was so friendly and helpful and showed us so many stunning clothes. I bought a gorgeous, heavily embroidered bridal dress and it was no where near as expensive as less fancy options in Chicago.
