Specialties: Work with older women to keep them into shape, doing all kinds of exercises and stretching is a must. If you follow through at least 3 to 4 times a week working out you will see results. I teach, yoga, pilates matt, cardio-kicking boxing and strength training as well. I travel to everyone's hope bring my own equipment, water, towels and music. Established in 2012. Personal training and will do group training as well. Working out with older women is my specialty.
