Julie, the owner, is very dedicated to customer service! I went in very nervous about getting a perm and ended up with a lovely spiral with no breakage at all! Then she let me come in twice more until I was happy with my cut; she was so patient with me because I'd gone almost 10 years without doing anything to my hair, and she was very gracious as I figured out what I wanted-- she even contacted me after the perm to see how I was doing. If you're considering a stylist, Julie is kind and professional!
My wife got highlights and a perm there a few months ago, I couldn't stop looking at her! It was dazzling!

I absolutely love Julie and the salon! A friend referred me to Ladies and Gentlemen's, and I am so glad she did. I have had my hair colored and it turned out beautiful! I have bought a hand made facial scrub and a hand made chocolate mint bar soap I really like too. There are so many more hand made items like little girls tutus, scarves, little girl dresses, hats, etc. there I can't wait to try!
