Have been going here for several years & I have never thought about going anywhere else. The office is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Colleen & Dr.Ahmad handled my pregnancy and birth extraordinarily! Any concerns I ever have, they always give informative answers. Wait times are always short, as well. I always recommended this office to any friends/family in search of a gynecologist or OB! However, they are cutting down on deliveries so I am hoping I can continue any pregnancy care through this office.
I have been going to this gynecologist for a little over a year now and each time I visit, the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Dr.Ahmad was very quick to answer any and all of my questions and concerns and schedule me promptly for a surgical procedure. I have had 3 visits with Ladies First so far and I have been impressed each time. Dr. Ahmad listens to my concerns, the staff is friendly, and I'm in and out every time, even when procedures have been performed! I'll definitely be recommending his office to friends and family!
Edit: received a fast response and they answered my concerns so changed it to a 5 star Was extremely pleased with all the doctors and nurses, they were all extremely polite and friendly and very timely which was nice, however the phlebotomist was very rude to my husband with how she spoke to him which we didn't appreciate. I would consider either firing or having a good talk with how she speaks to patients spouses/husbands in the future.
So, the doctor was amazing, also the nurses working with her were also amazing. Me and my wife were happy with how timely the appointment was. Now why did they get 3 stars? The phlebotomist who took my wife's blood, was extremely rude. I was standing next to her and said "I guess I will just wait here until she is done." Then out of nowhere she comes around the corner and loudly and nasty states. "NO YOU WON'T, go wait in the lobby." Now idk why she had to say it this way.
