I have been renting with them for 11 years and not once have I had a complaint.. UNTILL they got a NEW MANAGER. We can’t have decorations on the patio or walls of the outside… Our kids CANNOT ride their scooters or bikes on the sidewalks!! Where they suppose to ride?? IN THE STREETS?!?! They say “It’s YOUR home.” But it’s not… They come in with their MONTHLY INSPECTIONS and tell you what you can or cannot have..It USE to be a friendly place but now the manager is rude as hell! Horrible management its suppose to be income based housing but they've been increasing the rent to push movers out that have been loyal renters. I use to recommend people to come here if they were looking for a nice affordable community but with this new management it isn't a affordable and/ or respectfulable place to be at the new management is hostile and runs the place like there cleaning house. Would recommend different place to look at if your actively looking for affordable living.

Would be great if someone answered the phone. I tried calling five times today (06/11/25) at various times with nothing but a full voicemail box. So much for trying to get housing 🫠
