I have been renting with them for 11 years and not once have I had a complaint.. UNTILL they got a NEW MANAGER. We can’t have decorations on the patio or walls of the outside… Our kids CANNOT ride their scooters or bikes on the sidewalks!! Where they suppose to ride?? IN THE STREETS?!?! They say “It’s YOUR home.” But it’s not… They come in with their MONTHLY INSPECTIONS and tell you what you can or cannot have..It USE to be a friendly place but now the manager is rude as hell! Would be great if someone answered the phone. I tried calling five times today (06/11/25) at various times with nothing but a full voicemail box. So much for trying to get housing 🫠
