A couple years ago, I made an appointment with this facility. At the time I figured it was a good idea to take my skin care to the next level. I had just entered my 40s and thought it was a good move. I had a couple things I had questions about and was hoping to get some advice and direction on skin care. All was good until the provider I saw came in. I used to see the Physician Assistant Brookes. She's very nice, listens to me and gives me a lot of time (unlike my last dermatologist). Wait time is usually short at this office. However, they stopped responding to voicemails and that made life very inconvenient for me. I changed dermatologists.
