Ladera Dentistry is very thorough and professional. I was greeted in the lobby by Ruby who welcomed me like I was a regular patient (this was my first time). They walked me through the office showing me everything they do and then said "this is your room" making it very personal. Dr. Ly did an examine and suggested what she felt would be best for me. I really like their approach to customer service and the care they provide.
