Efficient, thorough and honest! The attention and service was top notch.
Facilities are modern, well appointed and staff is friendly and professional.
Everyone in the office is very friendly. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. I did have to wait a half hour after my scheduled appointment time for my cjleaning, which was frustrating.
I truly enjoy coming here, its like family. looking forward to our next visit!
I went in for a crown replacement and did not feel a single bit of pain throughout drilling or at any point after. Either I am very lucky, or Dr. Mai is very good.

Nothing but the best care from Dr. Mai and staff. They always go above and beyond to take care of me and my family. I have never had a bad experience in the 4 years we have been going there. This is the only dental office I've been to where every visit has been a positive experience. There was so much fear and trauma going to the dentist as a child that the anxiety remained as an adult. However, Dr. Mai and staff have gone so far above and beyond to make my experience pleasant that I no longer suffer anxiety in the dental chair. And they've been on time - every time - which has made me feel like they respect my time as much as their own. Thank you Team Ladera Dentistry!
