Paula was very nice but completely destroyed my hair and didn’t give me anything remotely close to what I requested. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (as shown) and she did her best but it was just awful. She did try to fix it but it looked the same. I was there a total of 5 hours and was charged $200 dollars for a horrible experience and messed up hair. My fiancé went the next day to get my money back and was only refunded $95. From beginning to end, our experience was great! We were warmly welcomed. Paula was wonderful as she cut my boys' hair, making sure of what they wanted, helping them to learn to better care for their hair. They were both REALLY happy with their haircuts, and that never happens! Thanks, Paula and the rest of the staff.
