Was told I need to have my credit card on file for a gift certificate I won at a drawing. The receptionist was the worse and very unhelpful. She does not even know what she is talking about over the phone.

Paula was very nice but completely destroyed my hair and didn’t give me anything remotely close to what I requested. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (as shown) and she did her best but it was just awful. She did try to fix it but it looked the same. I was there a total of 5 hours and was charged $200 dollars for a horrible experience and messed up hair. My fiancé went the next day to get my money back and was only refunded $95. She wouldn’t refund the other $100 because she couldn’t reimburse me for the trim! So the ... read more
