Ladd is the worst person to do business with. His assistant Camy is not any better. Ladd put our house under foreclosure because my husband did not respond to a text! Yes, that’s right, a TEXT! Camy sent an email stating the contract was going into escrow, I called to find out how much the payment was going to be and the reception told me the house was in foreclosure. I had no idea! When they FIRE CAMY the Ladd Vien place will start to be successful again. She is the whole reason why that place is difficult to rent from. Dealing with her was the worst part of my day every time I had to deal with her. She was very rude. Horrible person to put as the face of your business in the front of the office. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.
