In & out quickly, kid friendly and amazing staff.
I thought I would be going to Dr. Ladd forever. I have went there for years. They would not give me credit for several packages of lenses I had left, even though he changed my contacts. The reason was that the box had been opened but several boxes inside the box were not. They said they couldn't send them back, so it's my loss. When it comes to money you see someone's true colors. So I'm looking for another eye Dr. A good man, a good eye Dr. but customer satisfaction is lacking.
