The doctor tells you one thing but the front desk tells you something completely different. I've been waiting 6 weeks to be re-lined after the doctor told me a month ago it would be 2 weeks. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks. Once they got my $4000 they could care less about helping me.
RecommendedI went in today thinking I was just going to have to have a root canal done, but after Dr. Smith looked at my X-rays he had to take it out, instead of making me wait for another appointment to get a wisdom tooth out that was bothering me, he went straight for it today and knocked them both out in the fastest time I’ve ever seen it done. The Staff and Dentist were super friendly and accommodating!
It's day 3 of being woke up with pounding mouth pain that radiates to the underside of my eye and back of my jaw. This is probably very near to being the worst I've ever felt, and before going to Ladd almost 2 weeks ago for three fillings, I had never had pain in this tooth. I went back on Monday, and was told my bite was just off. They ground the fillings down, gave me antibiotics and told me I'd feel better shortly. I felt worse. This business SUCKS! Doctor calls in all the time and they dont have meds when it's your appointment. All you ever hear is the Manager apologizing but dont take care of the issues! Business is run poorly! 👎
Shout out to Dr. Smith and LADD. My son had 4 wisdom teeth out 3 days ago and he has minimal pain; being managed with just ibuprofen at this point😊 Thanks so much for the great after instructions!
The office and staff are nice, but I was unsatisfied with the work done.
Super nice staff. Spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions and explaining in detail the work I need done.
Positive- The staff is really nice. The office is clean and comfortable. They can get you in quick! They take xrays and do a consultation so you know upfront everything that needs too be done. Negative- I had a tooth pulled and there’s still a piece of left behind (it’s hard too leave alone so I made my mouth sore messing with it) I also had a filling done and it’s really sensitive... the tooth that was pulled, I would probably still have if it would of been done correctly in 2013.
