Where do I begin with what's wrong? In December 2021 I went for the initial exam & X-rays. They created a treatment plan. I am (was as I've made other arrangements now) still waiting for work to begin. Part of the wait might be the VA. Just depends on who was right about where the plan was. I don't think it was submitted right away to the VA because I don't think Ladd even billed the VA until I made inquiries in Feb.
