Called three times, first two times they said they’d be out for a quote and never showed, and finally came out after the 3rd time. Agreed on quote and the work and Mark just ghosted and never contacted to schedule after he said he would.
After a windstorm caused significant damage to our siding, we contacted Mark at LAD Services for repairs. They responded promptly and had the siding back in place quickly and professionally. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and their team was reliable and efficient. The repaired area looks even better than it did before the storm! We highly recommend their services for anyone in need of quality siding repairs or replacement. Great experience from start to finish!
Impressed from the very first initial estimate. I received a recommendation from a shop employee that does business with the company. At last minute same day Mark arrived. He has very professional and i didn't have anxiety with the process of explaining what I needed complete. Don’t waste your time & energy unless you want to get let down, I suppose!?! At FIRST Mark was great- communication, accreditations, follow through, etc. We were ready to sign the final contract & felt 100% happy with our decision to have him & his company do you work. We even had a tentative start date. THEN NOTHING- he disappeared; no reply to call, text , email (so odd). After a few weeks I decided to try 1 last time & I got him in the phone. Mark came out for a quote and put us on the schedule for that month. We even talked about molding I already purchased that I quickly painted to be ready for him. Then nothing. I could not get ahold of him. He did not respond to my messages. If the job was too much for him and his company or things changed, I understand, but communication about not being able to complete a job is expected professionalism, and none was given.
