Very experienced groomers! So happy with our golden retriever’s haircut and thankful for their advice on the best brushes to use to keep his undercoat from getting matted down.
Lacy was WONDERFUL to my little guy. I was nervous since he's come out of previous grooming facilities terrified, shaking, and peeing himself. He was wagging his tail when I picked him up and was so calm and happy! He also looked fantastic! He's a dachshund and a senior, so I always worry about his back when he gets stressed. Lacy was considerate and put cotton balls in his ears and helped soothe him while being dried and WOW! He was just a happy little man when I picked him up and it made my day. I was very nervous about taking my puppy to a groomer. Lacy was so kind and reassuring when I explained my apprehension as we talked before the appointment. They were equally as kind and caring to my puppy when she was at her appointment. Krista did a fantastic haircut for my girl. My pup looks so much happier not to have hair in her eyes and clumps of matted hair in various places. Both my puppy and I were delighted with our experience at Lacy's.
Have been trying to figure out how to leave you a message other than a public post. Dena will be here Sun. so maybe I will try then thru her. I went from a dumb slider phone to an iphone which I do not know how to completely use, so...missed your call/message. OMG....Lacy! You are the BEST! Ginger is really upset with me not getting to see you last week!
I HIGHLY recommend this groomers. I took my pups here for the very first time today and not only did they squeeze me in last minute but Heidi offered to stay later and groom my pups! And boy did they look handsome! This fur momma is VERY pleased 😄😄
