Very rude owner Lacy makes me think how does she treats my dog if she treats me this way plus my dog always looks scared to go there won’t be back. I will go somewhere in Sioux Falls that really is 5 stars. My dog is more than a pet,my dog is my family and I expect a groomer to treat my dog like my kid and I really question that here.

I have a huge amount of passion and love for every single dog in our care. We want their grooming experience to be a good, healthy, positive part of their life. By no means was he mistreated today or ever in the last 10 plus years that I have groomed him. He is somewhat anxious but has never had an episode like this in all of the time I have groomed him. My Grand Puppy went to Lacy's Struttin Mutts today for a grooming. He got such bad treatment there. He was treated very very badly. He was quaranteed in the back kennel with a leash. She said that he was sick.But he is 10.5 years old and is very nervous. We have taken our dogs there for over 10 years +. And have referred a lot of people there. Will never take our dogs there again. With such poor treatment and overcharged for him getting sick.The gal that called was very irritated but anyone would not appreciate that their fa... read more
