We needed a tuxedo last minute and they made it so simple and easy for us! Plus we didn't have to drive 45 min to pay more! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience! He looked fabulous!

Lacy's Florist and Annette were great to work with. Unlike some brides, I didn't have a super specific arrangement in mind for my bouquet or for centerpieces - I really just had a general idea of style and colors. I received a beautiful bouquet of a dozen coral roses for Valentine's day, which are still perky and lively a week later. I have never been more satisfied with the quality of flowers from another florist and the kindness and dedication of the workers. Not only are the workers kind but they are willing to work with time and delivery. Gorgeous flowers and great service. What more could you ask for? I refuse to get my flowers anywhere else!

I was so excited when the Lacy's Florist delivery guy arrived at my work with my Valentine's Flowers from my husband. I called last minute a couple weeks ago just after closing and to my surprise I got through! My uncle had passed away and the staff at lacys were more than accommodating to get a beautiful arrangement up to Pennsylvania for the funeral. We weren't sure if we were going to make it since this tragedy happened so suddenly but they were amazing and made our family feel like they were willing to do anything for us. I ordered a basket for my mom in Buffalo on Saturday and the staff was very friendly. I received a call @ 10.30 am Monday that she got a beautiful basket. She was very impressed that the plants filled the basket and were flowering beautifully! Great job!
