Best staff ever!!!!!!!!!! Always there when i need them for anything. My parents started taking there pets on day one. They loved Dr. Frietag. Since moving back in there house i too have always used them. See I have problem dog that always seems to get hurt. When they know its me they say oh no what happened now. Well Daisy is still with us even with all our accidents . Thanks for your dedication and patience with me.
My dog Daisy lived for 16 healthy years, thanks to the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of the wonderful people at LaCroix. When we were no longer able to manage her kidney disease and she had to be humanely euthanized, LaCroix staff took a horribly sad situation, and made it slightly less horrible for both me and my dog. Now that I am bringing another dog into my life, I know that LaCroix is the right choice for us both, and that we're lucky to have such compassionate and animal-loving people on our side.
I am grateful the staff was able to work Chi Chi in on Saturday morning (4/31/2018) as a emergency visit. They understood how worried I was since I rambled on ( I talk a lot when nervous or worried). The staff did a awesome. I will be bringing Chi Chi back for sure. Thanks again for taking care of my fur baby.
We love the staff! Izzy & Zeus whine to get out of the car & run in the door for treats & lovins from everyone. My favorite though—they always call and check on them a day or two after their appointment. Last week I even called to consult on an issue, did not end up needing to take them, and they still called to see how they were! Totally not expected or necessary, but highly appreciated. Highly worth our 30 minute drive!
