Dr Clark misdiagnosed my dog. She said my dogs bladder was full of tumors and had less than 2 weeks to live. I took my dog for a second opinion and they wouldn’t send her records and xrays and threatened us if we came to pick them up. She treated my dog for a uti she never had. Put her on a combination of medication that caused bladder problems. She has charged me $1000.00 for all of this. I got the biopsy results yesterday. RecommendedMy dog had not been treated at LaCroix before, but they were willing to work him in despite their full schedule on a Saturday! We arrived were completely taken care of and on our way home in less than an hour. The small procedure, two medicines and bandage was very reasonable in cost! They were efficient, did not make us feel rushed and truly seem to care! Thank you LaCroix! We will be back!
They told me my dog had cancer, said she had less than 2 weeks to live. Guess what? She’s still alive and active and eating and drinking going to the bathroom fine and wanting to play with her toys. It’s passed the death sentence and she’s doing great. I called and voiced my concerns about a misdiagnosis and was told they were guessing it was cancer. RecommendedI have lived around the country and had many pets but Dr. Clark and staff are top notch . I have never had a veterinarian hospital send a birthday greeting to one of my pets before. That really sends you guys over the top!
