I had 10 contractors give me estimates over several days and Wes was the only one that gave me his estimate on the spot. Wes is honest and didn’t try to upsell me he suggested the system that was best for my home. Pleasure to work with!
Excellent service done on my heat pump/split mini system.
Lacroix Heating and Cooling processed all paperwork with Mass Save on our behalf and kept us informed of progress and installed our new mini split system in two days. Mike Mills evaluated what we needed and the crew that came to the house to install everything was professional! No wonder Lacroix has an A+ rating as an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau! We are very happy and looking forward to the Mass Save rebate and 0% financing for the remaining cost!
I highly recommend LaCroix Heating and Cooling for heat pump install!! Very professional and informative from the beginning to the end. The work crew we had was very nice, cleaned up (vacuum and swept up the floors) after each day, and did an amazing job. Another perk on top of the excellent service was the pricing. They were about $10k cheaper than everyone else for the same equipment. Found out that these other companies I had offers from jack their prices up when using the Mass Save rebate.
Called for service and they came the next day. Fix the problem and heat was fixed
