The best company ever!!! Professional, responsive, and right to the point. We had some trouble for our mini split air conditioner that one of them were working properly. The other one was blowing warm air only and we call so many different companies that they refuse to come responding to us as a very busy on those warm days so with some friends recommendation will call LaCroix and very next morning people came and in a few hours, they figured out what’s the problem and fix it right away We cannot appreciate it enough special... read more
We had several mini splits installed in our house a few weeks ago. The mini splits are functioning well. The install was very quick, across two days. They were also able to get us on their books pretty quickly after figuring out our loan situation. My fiance had a really good customer service experience with the man who came out to our home to evaluate our property. They helped us utilize Mass Save so we got a rebate.
