They work real hard to get you to put your retainer down. Jennifer will lie and tell you everything you want to hear, even claimed to have a “in” with the Mediator but as soon as you put money down you can’t get ahold of ANYONE. They didn’t do anything they said they would do. They would just milk your money by billing you for emails and phone calls asking why things haven’t started. It’s a shame my kids suffered because of her incompetence to do her job.
