I made a mistake and bought shoes online that i could have come and purchased at the store. I really regret it but Michelle the store manager fixed it everything for me that i couldnt do with customer service. Great service i ll always be back

Purchased three shirts online, was dissatisfied with all. One was to golfy and the other two were made of a light cotton fabric that was too thin. I drove the Century City Mall, made my way to the Lacoste store and was in and out in probably under five minutes. The people working there were terrific, took in my returns, and even informed me that they had the thicker shirts in stock. I purchased two of the heavier weight old-school Lacoste shirts and am extremely satisfied.

This is the quality of a premium Lacoste product. The zipper failed while I was playing a tennis match, and when I contacted Lacoste customer service through their website, "Dana" refused to help because I no longer have the receipt. Very disappointing for a premium brand!

I had a really disappointing experience at Lacoste Century City. We waited for about 30 minutes just to get help with a shoe size, and no one ever properly assisted us. Staff walked by without acknowledging us, and even when we asked for help, there was zero sense of urgency or care. We tried asking another associate, hoping someone would step in, but it felt like no one was interested in helping at all. Eventually, we just left the store.
