This is the quality of a premium Lacoste product. The zipper failed while I was playing a tennis match, and when I contacted Lacoste customer service through their website, "Dana" refused to help because I no longer have the receipt. Very disappointing for a premium brand!
I had a really disappointing experience at Lacoste Century City. We waited for about 30 minutes just to get help with a shoe size, and no one ever properly assisted us. Staff walked by without acknowledging us, and even when we asked for help, there was zero sense of urgency or care. La tienda tiene todo, pero en especial tiene a la mejor vendedora de LA, me atendió una chica mexicana de Guadalajara muy cordial, muy paciente, entre a mirar y terminé comprando 3 artículos. Es un placer que existan vendedores como ella.
