Took my pickup in for a oil change. They overfilled it by a quart and when I took it back to complain they fed me some BS about you have to check the oil hot right after you shut off the engine so that the oil pan is full and there is still some oil up in the engine yet. They are full of it. I have never heard anything like that from anyone. Check the oil when the engine is cold so that ALL the oil is in the oil pan. Needless to say I will not take any of my vehicles here for service if they can't even change oil.
