Dr. Hutchinson is a nice doctor and takes her time with her patients. However, if you are wanting a primary care doctor she is not the one you want. I sent this email to her office about the fact that I'm not able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and have used Urgent Care more than my primary doctor. I want to voice my disappointment in my inability to see Dr. Hutchinson when I'm sick. Dr. Hutchinson is seriously the most amazing doctor I have ever had and I can’t ever imagine having a different doctor. She is thorough, takes the time to know her patients and makes sure you understand everything about your health, doesn’t dismiss any concerns, but puts you at ease! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hutchinson!
Lacey is attentive to details when it comes to diagnosing my concerns. She asks the right amount of questions to get to a recommendation for resolving my concerns. She makes sure that if I have further questions I can easily reach her through the portal. Whether my needs are virtual or in person she is always able to see me.
I was hopeful when I first came to this practice, as my doctor was recommended and I wanted to establish a relationship with a provider I could trust. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. During a recent health challenge, I sought care for an urgent need following a car accident.
