RecommendedMy son who is 8 had to have dental surgery.. He was so nervous along with me. Dr. McDonald made us feel very comfortable and the staff was amazing !!! our whole family goes here we love it !!
I drove an hour for an appointment because it was affordable and had a quick opening. Staff was friendly and smiles, and I swear I’m going to request Mariann? As my hygienist when I come back. Only dental hygienist I’ve ever had that didn’t give me a lecture about how bad the plaque on my teeth is (which, apparently it’s not) and we talked about Disney while she tried not to bother me with the sound of that scraper. Thanks guys!

ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL!!!!! Today I had my first root canal and all I can say is Dr. Frank is absolutely the BEST dentist that I have ever gone to! I recommend him highly!!! He explained everything he was doing, he was patient and kind!!! Thanks to Dr. Frank I am no longer afraid of the dentist!!!!! The staff and assistants are just as wonderful. Thanks again
The girls are great. Dr.Marc is amazing. Had to switch dentist after 25 years was so nervous. He made me so comfortable and did a excellent job.
I've had a horrible experience with Encore of Lacey. I need to have oral surgery to get an impacted tooth out. I first went in for my consultation months ago. Made my appt for the extraction. They called and canceled. I made another appointment. They called again and cancelled. In total I've been waiting over 3 months to get this tooth out. This is ridiculous. If your in pain and need immediate attention do not make your appointment at Encore of Lacey. What a waste of my time.
