For how wonderful the doctors were I can't even get over how rude, unprofessional, and upsetting the "receptionist" ladies were. Really should probably find a new job. They were talking about me, then my fiance walked in on them saying how "Im just throwing a fit because I want my bf there" when in reality they have no idea the actual TRAUMA I've been through. 10/10 I hope they find their actual paths in life because having a patient leave in such distress and tears shouldn't ever happen. They were so helpful and accommodating especially during these times.
My whole family sees providers here. They are wonderful, kind and treat you as an individual not just the next case. They will work with you and make you feel included in your healthcare. They have a “small town” as in you truly feel like you matter to them.
I when In friendly reception. I was in extreme pain and gave me Advil not happy looked at me like a drug addicted So I am still in pain. Not happy
The staff is kind, the clinic is centrally located, and I have always been treated with respect when I go to Lacamas Medical Group. I also like that they do sports physicals, have walk-in care, and can do labs on site. I'd rather go to a locally owned clinic than a massive clinic, because I know I'm valued as a patient. Lacamas Medical Group is the best!
I absolutely love this place The providers are awesome and my co-workers are amazing.
My son was injured and needed stitches above his eye. It was a Friday evening in the peak of flu season so we knew the ER and Clinics would have a long wait. We called ahead to see if they were still open. Turns out they were in the process of leaving but they told us to "come on in" and they would wait for us and get him taken care of. They took ample care in making sure the job was done right and he was in the least amount of pain as possible. Much appreciated.
The last five weeks I have been getting shots in my knees. Danacia Jones gave them to me. She did an outstanding job. I did not use any pain deadeners and still never felt discomfort. She has been doctoring me for over a year. Not just a good P. A. but a good person as well.
