Lives here for 3 years, Brad was an excellent landlord and was extremely courteous. We miss Pittsburgh and the garden we had. Thanks for all the excellent memories.
I absolutely loved living here. The house is quirky with so much character and it was fun to make it a home. Brad was always quick to help when needed and generous with his time (and paint).
Wouldn't even give one star. If you're on a budget still don't rent from here. The landlord is the worst and literally does nothing to help. He violated the contract/lease multiple times. Started very invasive and constant construction for months without telling the tenants beforehand. Would come into the house without notifying us at random hours.
