Fast and easy
Very good customers service representative. Hate the 3% add-on fee when using a credit card. Very unusual, other small and large businesses alike do not do that.
Very Disappointed with the Repair Service I want to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at this dealership. I brought my 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor in to have the backup camera repaired, as I was assured that the cost of the truck included this repair. I was told the service would take one day, but it actually took two days, causing me to waste my time and drive back and forth. Are you kidding me… That was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I saw the truck I wanted advertised on KSL classifieds and stopped in. My salesman Tim was happy to show me the truck and answer all of my questions. There was no pressure, they didn’t do the game of going back and forth with the sales manager. Jennifer at the service department is the best! Friendly and kind and appreciative of your time. If there’s a hold up, she’s on it to let you know exactly what’s going on. The pricing at Labrum for service was surprisingly less than the local quick lube shop and the ability to schedule the service is a win win. They also offer a vehicle pickup (which I’ve not used yet) which is amazing for a simple oil change.
