Billing department doesn’t know how to read. Address on file is the right number but a different street name that sounds similar. I hope the doctors pay more attention to details than the administration staff
Poor communication. No bill nor calls from them. Just send you straight to collection after only 2 months visit to the ER. I went to Methodist. If I didn’t have a near death emergency at hospital…the hospital is the one that chose them. When you call them, there is no one that answers just can leave a voicemail & the billing dept number on the voicemail is not a working number.
What's the point of calling? When no one answers!!!!! Then they have the nerve to send your bills to collections without even calling or consulting you about it.
Got a bill 9 months after procedure.
