12/18 4.30pm After speaking with BCBSTX who categorically stated that there is ZERO PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY, I called Laboratory Physicians Association. After explaining this to the woman who answered, she rudely said She doesn’t care what BCBSTX say, I owe $70. Even that was incorrect as the balance was actually $68.86. Don’t send me a bill if I have insurance!!!!!! I absolutely hate Methodist.!! Will not go back unless I’m desperate
Billing department doesn’t know how to read. Address on file is the right number but a different street name that sounds similar. I hope the doctors pay more attention to details than the administration staff
Poor communication. No bill nor calls from them. Just send you straight to collection after only 2 months visit to the ER. I went to Methodist. If I didn’t have a near death emergency at hospital…the hospital is the one that chose them. When you call them, there is no one that answers just can leave a voicemail & the billing dept number on the voicemail is not a working number.
