So they have you check in at a kiosk. The waiting room is ALWAYS packed, but you can wait outside or in your car. After you get the text you go inside. DO NOT go up to the person at the desk or she will bite your head off. Wait patiently to be called. Then never go back to this place again.
Staff was friendly and helpful, parking lot is all concrete and has handicapped ♿️ parking and access to bldg. It gets filled up pretty fast because of other offices,but there is a empty lot adjacent to the parking lot. I didn't have appointment but was in and out in 30 minutes. Got there 30 minutes before they opened. If you don't have appointment I think you'll have to wait longer they looked like they get pretty busy. Absolutely one of the worst medical facilities I've ever seen. Total incompetence.
Good place for labs VERY busy though make an appointment.
I've visited this location on two separate occasions dealing with a variety of the staff. The ladies here are absolutely wonderful, hardworking, and professional with a smile. Not a fan of the digital check in, but thats not on the staff. Clean facility, would recommend.
