Rude and unprofessional, used the word "retarded" in a derogatory manner several times, loudly to me in front of other patients. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

The technician who drew my blood was professional and had excellent technique. She should teach phlebotomy!
I waited patiently over an hour with my toddler and the receptionist/tech was very rude to me. She told me that I couldn't bring my child to the back with me and told me to have some stranger in the waiting lobby to watch my child. She got an attitude and told me to come back another day! I wished she had said something when I walked in.
