They’re very efficient. I guess that’s why they may not be the kindest bunch of doctors, they’re straight to the point. I’m assuming they don’t develop a patient-doctor relationship because most ppl who come here only come once or twice for quick lab work.
Lazy and rude employees. Would give zero stars if possible.
Really poor service here. I unfortunately dealt with Aurora at the front desk, and I have the same complaints as everyone else here. She’s rude. I came in without an appointment because they’re not taking appts online. She says they’re not taking walkins, but to come back the following day as a walkin. Said I couldn’t make an appt with her. Then when I come in as a walkin, she treats me like a second class citizen. Very weird nasty vibes from this woman. And the process is crazy. Worst freaking place I went as a walk no one in the building not one patient tried to come early to get in and get out they wouldn’t let me check in until 9am smh like what do I need to wait for to pee in a cup it made no sense customer service was trash they need to be better
