Check in is confusing and dehumanizing. Staff member took each of my FECAL sample tubes out and studied them individually in plain view in the main office where several other customers were waiting. It is already a humbling enough process to collect this type of sample without having someone wave it around for other people to see. Seriously WTH. I have now waited almost 2 weeks for results (13 days), I have 3 of seven so far, with no way to know when the rest will come in to my MyChart. No way to get ahold of anyone besides ... read more
Terrible customer service. I came in at 7 and got checked in 3rd. The lady checking me in started complaining about how many patients she has behind me and that I keep stalling the line and that I am “not nice”. I had duplicate order of bloodwork and wanted to clarify if I need to do both or if I can disregard one. During the blood draw she was very much in a rush. Yes I get it you have a lot of patients but no need to be rude to me at 7am in the morning
They don’t validate parking. For garage in their building.
under staffed but isn’t most places? I go in for labs 4-6 times per year . I schedule myself to go in early before crowded and everyone’s always gracious and pleasant and willing to send copies of labs to my main MD and to what ever specialist doc has ordered. Very professional and pleasant. systematic ck in and quick once the simple routine learned. No complaints.
had an appointment for 1:45 was instructed to wait in my car for a text to enter the lab when they are ready to see me. Waited over an hour, no text i walked in & asked what happened the lady tells me it’s not they’re fault i didn’t receive a text when they haven’t sent me one & not once did i receive an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service.
